"Pretty easy to use overall"
I used Good Chop it was straightforward. I found the different boxes and meat options without having to click around too much, which I always appreciate. Checkout was simple too, no weird extra steps or anything. The only thing I noticed was that a couple pages loaded a little slow for me, but not enough to make me quit or anything. Overall, yeah, it was a good experience.

"Makes weeknight dinners way easier"
Meal planning has gotten so much easier for me. I just pick out the meats I want for the week, and then I’m not staring into the fridge every night trying to figure out dinner... which I used to do way too often. It also saves me a grocery trip, which is always nice because those somehow turn into buying five extra things I didn’t need.

"Quick and easy, no dumb hassle"
I was able to pick what I wanted fast, which was nice. No annoying back-and-forth or stupid confusion, just got it done and moved on.

"The salmon and shrimp tasted fresh…"
The salmon and shrimp tasted fresh and didn’t have any fishy smell, which I appreciated. That said, I did feel a bit dismissed when I had a question, like they were trying to rush me along. The food itself was good, but the experience could’ve felt more welcoming.

"Canceling Was More Annoying Than It Needed to Be"
I tried Good Chop for a little while and eventually decided to cancel. The service itself wasn’t terrible, but canceling was kind of a hassle. I had to click around more than I expected just to find where to do it, and when I tried getting help, I got transferred around instead of getting a straight answer right away. I did get it canceled in the end, but I wish the whole process had been clearer and less frustrating.

"Late box and kinda stressful"
My box showed up late and a few of the meat packs were already thawed, which was annoying. I sent photos right away, but the response took longer than i expected. They did eventually give me a partial credit, so it got handled in the end, I guess. Still, there was too much back and forth and I’m Not really excited to order again

The variety is okay. I mean, I’m not sure if I was expecting more or if I’m just being picky, but there are enough options to choose from. It’s not amazing, but it’s not bad either.

"Decent Meat, Checkout Could Be Clearer"
The meat was fine, no complaints there. I just wish the plan costs and all the little add-ons were shown more clearly before checkout, because apparently surprises are part of the experience. Not bad overall, just more confusing than it needed to be.

"I had a small issue with…"
I had a small issue with my order, part of it was probably on me because I wasn’t totally sure what I had done wrong or what step I missed. I emailed Good Chop expecting it to be a whole back-and-forth, but they got back to me faster than I thought and helped sort it out without making it complicated. The person I dealt with was friendly, clear, and didn’t give me the usual runaround. I’ve had way more frustrating experiences with other food box companies, so this was a nice surprise.

"Wish there was more sourcing info"
It was okay, but I really wish there had been more details about where the information came from. I like being able to check sources or at least understand the background a bit better, especially when I’m trying to trust what I’m reading... so that part felt a little lacking.

"My Good Chop Box Arrived Perfectly Packed"
My Good Chop box showed up in great shape, better than I expected. Everything was still frozen solid, like the chicken, the steaks, the ground beef, all of it. The ice packs were tucked in really snug, not sliding around everywhere, and there weren’t any leaks, puddles, weird smells, or random messes to deal with. I also liked that the meat was easy to sort out instead of being smashed into one big frozen brick. I could actually tell what was what right away, which made putting it away in the freezer super easy. Overall, I was really happy with the packaging.

"Really Happy With the Quality"
I’ve been impressed with the meat so far. The steaks came out really tender, and the chicken actually tasted fresh instead of having that weird watery flavor I sometimes notice with grocery store packs. One package did have a bit more fat than I was expecting, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker for me. Overall, it just feels good knowing I’m cooking with meat that tastes better and feels more reliable.

"Great quality meat and easy shipping"
I’ve ordered from Good Chop a few times now, i’ve been happy with it. The meat tastes fresh and has definitely been better than what I usually find at the grocery store. It’s not the cheapest option out there, but considering the quality, I feel like the price is fair. Shipping has been simple and everything arrived without any hassle. My only small complaint is that a few of the cuts were a little smaller than I expected, but overall I still think it’s worth it.

"Way Better Than My Usual Grocery Store Meat"
My snap judgment after the first bite: this was just better. Everything I got from Good Chop was super tender, with a really nice texture — not chewy or weird at all. It cooked up easily and tasted fresher and better than what I usually grab from the store.

I’ve tried Good Chop a few times now, and overall I’ve been happy with it. The steaks have had great flavor, and the chicken actually tastes fresh instead of that weird bland flavor I sometimes get from grocery store packs. I’m giving it 4 stars because a couple of the cuts were a little tougher than I expected, but they still tasted good and every dinner I made turned out really nice. Definitely planning to keep ordering!

"Good so far, honestly"
I’ve gotten a few Good Chop boxes at this point, and so far it’s been smooth. Deliveries have shown up when they were supposed to, at least for me, and the tracking is easy enough to follow. One box sat outside for a little while because I didn’t grab it right away, but the meat was still frozen when I opened it. I can’t speak to everything since I haven’t had it for that long, but no missed boxes or random delays yet, which I definitely appreciate

"Pretty Generous Portions"
The portions are solid, way better than I expected. One pack usually feeds us and we still have a little left over, which is always a nice surprise, right?
